ABOUT OUR LEGAL SERVICE
Our firm offers two options of payment: one is a subscriber of Lawyer special contract and the other is a non-subscriber. In either case, you do not have to pay the initial consultation fee and the starting fee (the fee you pay at the time of taking the post-consultation). (There are some exceptions to the starting price, for example, if the item is lost. Please contact us for details.)
If your Insurance Policy does not cover lawyer's expenses
It's not practical to pay for the money in advance, even though they want it quickly after they have been injured in a traffic accident. Our lawyer is free for 30 minutes for the first consultation (only when you come to the office) and free of the starting charge (in principle)! The lawyer fee system is as follows when you actually accept an incident of a traffic accident.
Incidentally, the following expenses are inclusive of tax.
Start money: Free of charge
Success fee: \220,000
※ In the case of losing items only, there may be major disputes over the proportion of losses, etc., and depending on the project, we may receive the money to start the project. There are also exceptions to compensation.
If your insurance policy covers lawyer's expences
Is the "attorney's fee special clause" attached in the voluntary automobile insurance you have subscribed to?
If your contract has “attorney’s fee special clause”, you can cover up to 100,000 yen for consultation and 3,000,000 yen for lawyers. You may also be able to use the privilege if your partner or relative has that contract.
Grade are still unchanged if you use the privilege. Also, there will be no increase in the insurance fee after use. Please check it out.
※ If there is a remuneration that exceeds the 3 million yen limit compensated by the lawyer's fee, we will charge the difference from the collected amount.

You do not have to pay, so it is practically free of charge.
- Lawyer fee (excluding tax)
(1) start charge
i Billing amount up to ¥3 million: 8% of billing amount
ii Billing amount exceeding \3 million not over \30 million: 5% of billing amount + \ 99,000
iii Billing amount exceeding \30 million not over \300 million: 3% of billing amount + \759,000
(2) Reward
i Collection of money up to \ 3 million : 16% of collection of money
ii Collection of money exceeding \3 million not over \30 million : 10% of collection of money + \198,000
iii Collection of money exceeding \30 million not over \300 million : 6% of collection of money + \1,518,000
