1.Impaired disability grade

How is the disability class after liability certified? There are three main points:

The first case is when the victim claims the liability insurance company to pay the liability insurance company. This is called a victim claim. In this case, the post-disaster status is certified by the liability insurance company that received the request.

The second case is when the perpetrator makes a claim on the liability insurance company to a liability insurance company. This is called a perpetrator's claim. In this case as well, the claim liability classification will be made by the liability insurance company that received the request.

The third case is when the perpetrator's voluntary insurance company asks the Loss Rate Calculation Mechanism for accreditation of a sequel disability grade. This is called pre-certification.

2. Procedure to receive grade approval

In order for a victim to be certified as a disability class after a liability, either a perpetrator's claim or an optional insurance company need to obtain prior authorization. In that case, you will have a doctor make an after-effect medical certificate. Some physicians are unfamiliar with the preparation of a sequel of a disability certificate, and the statement of a disability certificate may be insufficient or difficult to understand. Therefore, in order to avoid such a thing, it is necessary to describe in detail what points need to be described in relation to a sequel disability grade accreditation, before having a written follow-up disability certificate. It is necessary to have the doctor understand whether the point becomes a point, etc. Also, even after having a follow-up certificate for disability, check whether there is any omission before submission is needed.
